Service Statement
We provide comprehensive family support services to children, parents, individuals, seniors and grandparents across Pennsylvania. Our work focuses on expanding access to literacy, recreation, and enrichment opportunities while supporting families navigating public systems such as Medicaid, Medicare, and all waiver programs.
Through partnerships with community organizations, educators, and local leaders, our services include (but are not limited to): (1) Providing literacy and educational enrichment programs, (2) Creating safe and engaging recreational opportunities , (3) Supporting seniors, grandparents and kinship caregivers , (4) Assisting individuals, seniors, families in understanding and accessing social services, and (5) Elevating community voices to inform sustainable solutions

Nutritional counseling and education
Medically tailored or clinically appropriate home-delivered meals
Medically tailored or nutritionally appropriate food prescriptions
Fresh produce and nonperishables (i.e., pantry stocking)

Transportation
Reimbursement for public and private transportation to connect to services and case management activities
